WOW, your newsletter always always arrives right when I need it! I am accepting the mistakes I have recently made by writing them down in a notebook. I am now making them my Roar moments, because if I do not document them, it will occur again. Once I write it down it is a lesson learned and no longer will be boggling up my mind. Now I have room in my mind to focus on what I am doing right, and move forward!
p.s. Can ROAR moments be good things and not so good things?
