					<description>Thank you for being so honest and show both sides!  All the articles I read say that women choose to keep it small becasue of the children.....ugh!  And have you ever applied for a Entrepreneur of Year award - well if you are a woman - you HAVE to include a photo....I am pretty sure when Bill Gates was up for any he did not include a photo!  Great post...I need to get caught up on your blog!
