I agree Chris. Brilliant! Just brilliant. It made me realize it’s really important to take care of yourself first (not that you are being selfish or something) but because if you are stable enough, stable enough for your own needs. If all your needs are met, then you are ready to help other people too without worrying for yourself. If you are helping other people without helping yourself, then all of your effort would all be gone to waste. You are both fragile, neither the both of you can survive.

That is absolutely brilliant advice, and I wish more people realized how important it truly is to make sure you’re taken care of before you attempt to help others. Rather than just one person being at risk, you both end up at risk.
